The staff are very friendly, helpful, and a particular young woman gave my daughter stickers to cheer her up after she got her shots. This was my first experience so far and it has been a great experience.
Staff is patient in answering questions and concerns. Wait time to be seen is short. Staff is great with calming, understanding, engaging and focusing on the little humans as individuals. I have and will continue to recommend your facility.
During this pandemic, CMCFresno has really stepped up and have been very responsive to my children’s needs. The day I went in for my 1yr old’s shots, they were extremely cautious.
